You won’t believe how little effort this easy-peasy pudding takes – even your dearly beloved could manage to knock these together. It’s a fab choc-fest that’s even low-calorie too! Well, low-calorie is a comparative term. You won’t explode after it, lets put it that way. Unless you eat two, of course.
The lowdown:
Getting it together: the blink of an eye
Cooking it: No cooking required – don’t you love those words?
Makes: Enough for 6 little pots
Gear needed: Little pots or glasses
What you need:
200g Dark continental chocolate
Juice and zest of 1 orange
2 x 200ml low-fat crème fraiche – but you can go the whole hog if you like
100g White chocolate
They’ll be done before you know it:
- Put the dark chocolate and orange juice in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Allow to cool.
- Grate zest from orange. Mix with the crème fraiche.
- Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Pour into little pots.
- Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle over.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
- How easy was that?
Serve with longue du chat or amaretti biscuits. |
