A gorgeous, heart-breaking calorie-overload.  This is so rich that you only need a tiny bit.  Who am I kidding?  I dare you to try to eat just one square…

The lowdown:

Getting it together:                    10 minutes
Cooking it:                                no cooking required!
Makes:                                     10 fingers or you can be really mean                                                and cut it into 20 tiny bits
Gear needed:                           Swiss roll tin

What you need:

200g    dark chocolate
200g    white chocolate
200g    condensed milk
200g    mini white marshmallows
75g      dried cranberries
100g    digestive biscuits
25g      butter

Get crushing…

  • Chop dark chocolate.  Place in a bowl with condensed milk and butter.  Melt slowly over a pan of simmering water.
  • Stir mixture until smooth and then allow to cool slightly.
  • Roughly chop 100g of the white chocolate and crush the digestive biscuits.  Stir them into the chocolate mixture along with the cranberries and the marshmallows.
  • Line a Swiss roll tin with greaseproof paper, pressing the mixture down with the back of a metal spoon.
  • Melt the remaining 100g of white chocolate and then drizzle it over the top.
  • Cover the tin with cling film and leave to set.
  • Cut into small fingers and serve.
