Aiden Holby's Chocolate Crush

What you need:
200g dark chocolate
200g white chocolate
200g condensed milk
200g mini white marshmallows
75g dried cranberries
100g digestive biscuits
25g butter
Get crushing…
- Chop dark chocolate. Place in a bowl with condensed milk and butter. Melt slowly over a pan of simmering water.
- Stir mixture until smooth and then allow to cool slightly.
- Roughly chop 100g of the white chocolate and crush the digestive biscuits. Stir them into the chocolate mixture along with the cranberries and the marshmallows.
- Line a Swiss roll tin with greaseproof paper, pressing the mixture down with the back of a metal spoon.
- Melt the remaining 100g of white chocolate and then drizzle it over the top.
- Cover the tin with cling film and leave to set.
- Cut into small fingers and serve
